Today was spent finding the rest of the PubMed IDs or DOIs for the Array Express datasets, searching for the Array Express dataset accession numbers on Google Scholar, and importing the full-text and DOI’s for the results into Mendeley.ย I plan on analyzing the full-text of the 38 articles to determine dataset reuse tomorrow to complete my hours for the week.ย Array Express search terms and Google Scholar Hits can be found in this Google Spreadsheet.ย Citations and tags (as they are added) for the Array Express articles and be found in this Mendeley group.
